With every rental and purchase, Safe Laser devices include a treatment guide containing the manufacturer’s recommendations regarding general treatment duration and frequency for specific medical conditions.
Adjusting the Treatment Plan
Especially in the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain, monitoring the body’s response is essential. Based on these reactions, treatment duration can be fine-tuned and the therapy plan prepared by our professional consultants can be adjusted.
If the applied dose is too low, there may be no noticeable improvement or worsening after the first few treatments — meaning the biological treatment response has not yet been triggered. If no perceptible change occurs after one full week, the treatment plan may require refinement.
In such cases, please contact our Customer Service team. Our professional consultants will adjust the irradiation time per treatment point in order to achieve the appropriate therapeutic response by applying a higher per-point dosage. Once the optimal dose is reached, a reduction in pain can typically be observed.
Treatment Reactions
If treatment is started with too high a dose, a temporary increase in pain may occur after the first sessions. There is no need for concern. This reaction indicates that your body is responding to Safe Laser therapy.
Clinical experience shows that treating the area again with a slightly shorter duration than the dose that triggered the discomfort can reduce the reaction effectively.
Based on your feedback, our consultants can precisely determine the optimal treatment duration, allowing the underlying condition to be managed safely even in the long term.
